Our Richmond and McLaughlin Auger boring units are capable of installations between 6” and 42” in diameter, drilling under roadways and railway lines.
M.R. Martin Construction Inc. is extremely proud to be the first General Contractor, to own and operate Horizontal Directional Drilling Equipment, in the Maritimes. In late 1995, we purchased our first smaller HDD machine to install water and sewer installations and complete street lighting contracts under municipal roadways. Over the years, we have continued to grow our HDD business by adding larger units that are capable of completing longer length and larger diameter bores.
In continuing to grow our available HDD tooling line, we now offer HDD installation services, in solid rock formation. We have successfully completed many crossing, in extremely adverse ground conditions.
